You can request account deletion at any time. Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your generated images, AI models, credits, and subscription history. This cannot be undone.

Send an email to support@loomin.in from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation when complete.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after submitting your deletion request. Refunds for unused periods are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
