Elora AI ("the App") is an AI-powered creative studio for generating product images and video ads. It is developed and operated by Loomin Apps. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means Loomin Apps. When it says "you" or "your", it means you as a user of the App.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, microphone input, camera feed, or any other sensitive device data beyond what is listed above.

Photos you upload to generate AI content are transmitted to our AI inference provider (Replicate) solely to produce the output you requested. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models without your explicit consent. Generated images are stored in Firebase Storage and are accessible only to your account.
You can delete your generated images at any time from within the App. Upon account deletion, all stored images associated with your account are permanently removed.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
Elora AI is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@loomin.in and we will delete it promptly.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). Data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest. Billing transactions are handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your payment card details. Purchase tokens are stored in Firestore and used only for idempotency checks (preventing double-charging).
